Deb Hird

Deb Hird is a San Jose native and has worked in project management for 30+ years at several of the Bay Area’s leading firms in building design and construction, including Pacific Peninsula Group. She had led teams large and small and managed a number of high-end housing construction projects in Silicon Valley. While working for several years in the demanding field of sports management, Deb planned, organized and managed a series of successful multi-city events that required her to assemble inter-disciplinary teams, coordinate and schedule vendors and volunteers, and adhere to strict local permits and regulations.

Deb has broad experience in managing people and projects, generating comprehensive plans and meeting deadlines–on time and under budget. She has a flexible, people-oriented approach and doesn’t hesitate to roll up the sleeves and stay onsite until every detail on her checklist is complete.
