Victor has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry managing numerous types of projects such as residential, Multi-family, commercial, hospitals and schools with costs ranging from $10,000 to approximately $6,0000,000. 20 out of his 30+ years of professional experience managing complex seismic upgrades and building envelope repair projects in occupied unit developments throughout the bay area.
Victor understands that each project has its own challenges, however, his ability to have clear communication with all parties involved and his teamwork approach has led to successful projects. He enjoys being able to collaborate with a group of professionals who share the same vision and goals. He believes that understanding and working with each team member’s strengths and weaknesses is critical for the success of a project. Further, his skills include projects management, estimating, buyouts, contract negotiations and value engineering. He holds a Construction Management degree from the University of Washington and a California Contractor’s State License.
In his free time, Victor loves to do home-improvement projects and is an avid soccer player, playing multiple times a week.
